This project is for the relocation (house move) of an existing 920s.f. 1-story single family dwelling from 1023 S. Denver (MIS14-00173) to 2618 Gem St. C-2D ok per Colleen Carroll. All electrical plumbing and mechanical for the dwelling must be approved by the inspection division of same. There is to be a minimum of R-38 insulation in the attic area and R-30 in the floor. If floor is framed of 2 X 6's R-19 is ok in the floor. All tempered glazing is to be as required; Egress windows must comply with current 2009 IRC and IECC. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
