This project is for the placement of a new fully engineered inground gunite swimming pool in the foothills area. Separate electrical, and ESC permits are required. This project will be in conjunction with a separate permit for a retaining wall to be constructed around a portion of the pool after the pool is placed. Co-ordination with the wall permit and construction will be required. The pool disinfection will be done using chlorine and sand filter with lawn application for the backwash. Separate electrical permit is required and bonding of all metal parts is required to be approved by the electrical division prior to approval for placement of any concrete by the structural division.
