Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a restroom accessible to the disabled, new ceiling tile, millwork, kitchen equipment, and interior finishes. A new roof top HVAC unit will be installed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
