(BOISE OFFICE EQUIPMENT)2-11-15 PLAN MODIFICATION- add 2 interior partition walls to create coffe bar area in space previously shown as sales cubea area. --Remodel to existing spaces,6,881 sq ft office and 5,429 warehouse into existing adjoining tenant space for a new overall tenant space of 28,358 sq ft-16,052 sq ft office space and 12,306 sq warehouse space. The adjoin space is the old CSD space that lies between their two current spaces. Scope of work to include minor demolition per approved plans, new ADA door hardware and new ADA drinking fountain new nonbearing walls per approved plans and wall schedule on plans. There is a small training room existing on the 2nd floor, there is no proposed change in use, this is not an assembly area. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
