(RED SKY - 4TH STORY - HISTORIC OWYHEE PLACE) Fire sprinkler system used for story, height, and area increase. To create a 2,796 square foot office tenant space on the 4th story of the historic portion of the Owyhee Place Building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, interior side-hinged swinging doors, interior sliding doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. To construct a non-rated corridor to connect the stairway enclosures serving the 4th story so that all occupants will have access to 2 exits from the 4th story after leaving their tenant space without passing through a stairway enclosure. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, handrails to serve existing steps, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
