(GRIND) The scope of this permit is for minor alteration to an existing restaurant and brewing tenant as shown on approved plans. See copy of letter for upgrade agreement. Scope of work to include new layout of interior seating, removing portion of exterior wall existing under existing roofing system. The will add 568 sq ft to the existing 4,807 dining room for a total of 5,375 sq ft for the dining room. The new exterior wall shall meet energy code requirements .A new air curtain will be installed in place of a vestibule at the main entry door, see alternate from Building Official. New roll up door and new exit door will be installed as per approved plans. See BLD05-01107 for existing floor plan addressing the exiting from spaces not associated with this tenant space in this building. Interior finish material shall meet the requirements of chapter 8, IBC. As part of this permit the restaurant will have the fire sprinkler system extended into this tenant space to make the building fully fire sprinklered, see letter from Fire Marshal and Building Official. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
