To construct interior improvements within the basement (1,734 square feet) and change to occupancy of a 287 square feet area on the 1st story (1,795 square feet) of the Historic Foster Building for a new office / retail occupant. The basement and 1st story will be under the control of a single tenant. Work is to include: enlarge an existing opening in an existing nonbearing wall, create an opening in an existing non-bearing wall, and create a small retail on the first floor. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
