The most Southerly space will be addressed 2769 and is being permitted under BLD14-03352. This space is the more Northerly space and is addressed 2757. This side will have a square footage of 4,528 square feet and requires a separate tenant improvement permit prior to occupancy. This space may require additional bathrooms, drinking fountains, or a mop sink dependent on new proposed use. Work to include: installation of a new grease trap, construction of a new 2 hour wall and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
