(HARRIS RANCH COMMUNICATIONS - COMMUNICATIONS TOWER FOR ADA COUNTY) The equipment building will not have a fire sprinkler system. To install a 50 foot tall self-supporting free-standing communications tower (with 8 feet 3 inches by 8 feet 3 inches by 4 feet 4 inches thick concrete footing) and an associated 300 square foot concrete equipment building (based on 12’ x 25’ outside dimensions) located next to an existing fire station building. The equipment building is a modular building and is required to have a state tag. The building will be placed 4 feet from the fire station building and 5 feet from the South interior property line. Special Inspections are required for soils, concrete, welding, expansion anchors, and bolting. The concrete slab for the equipment building is required to bear on compacted structural fill materials, the expansive clay being removed and/or prepared per the soils report. Special Inspection for soil is required for the tower and for the equipment building. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
