(BODY BUILDING.COM – Break room addition) Permit to construct a 400 square foot break room in existing warehouse. This building was given occupancy under BLD07-01726. Scope of work includes: construction of interior non-bearing walls, new lighting, new millwork and interior finishes. Per: discussion w/ Bruce Chatterton, Jenifer Gilliland, and Teresa Sobotka we will consider easement outlined on ROS-5567 as public way due to Recorded Easement Documentation (100030011) and that documentation stating that the easement cannot be terminated unless ACHD agrees. Building area was determined by using Section 506.2 and the exception allowing W to by less than or equal to two. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
