(NORCO) Warehouse Addition - To construct an 11,650 square foot, two story warehouse addition. 1st Floor: 8,750 sq. ft., 2nd Floor: 2,900 sq. ft.. This permit also includes the construction of a 1,315 square foot concrete dock, with metal roof cover that will connect two existing covered dock areas. The new dock cover and new warehouse addition will be separated by a two-hour fire wall separating the two buildings. There is an existing two-hour fire wall at the covered dock that will be relocated to line up with the new two-hour fire wall. This permit also includes related site improvements. The new warehouse will be constructed of a pre-engineered metal building (Behlen) with masonry exterior walls. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
