This tenant will occupy the entire building. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD14-03056. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, food preparation and food service equipment, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and interior finishes.
