This permit is to make the building one tenant as submitted under MIS96-01115 NEW WORK IS LIMITED UNDER THIS PERMIT TO ADDITION OF AN INTERIOR DOOR TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED SEPARATION OF MEANS OF EGRESS. DOOR HARDWARE SHALL BE LEVER TYPE AND OLPEN WITH A SINGLE MOTION. There will be no change to the occupancy. 8. Provide annual inspection for the fire extinguishers and then mount one upstairs and one in the basement. Remove the thumbturn deadbolt from the east side main level exit door and provide single action as discussed. Remove the dead bolt from the door in the basement at the south end. Provide exit sign on the interior main level secondary exit as per the approved plans. Repair the basement emergency light.
