(QUAIL HOLLOW MAIN LEVEL)(STORAGE, BANQUET ROOM, BOARD ROOM, RESTROOMS, BAR AREA)The lower level of the clubhouse 3,765 sq ft currently consists of the abandoned pro-shop, (2) conference rooms, restrooms, and locker rooms. These spaces will be remodeled to include one large banquet room with a service bar, banquet room, board room and remodeled restrooms.
The restrooms on the lower level of the building are being upgraded and remodeled to accommodate necessary fixtures and clearances for A.D.A. accessibility requirements. This buildng is fully fire sprinkered. Separate fire protection permits will be required prior to any fire protection system modifications.
