L12B1 - 6650 Winston (Bldg 3): To construct a new 3,836 sq. ft., two story, Four unit, apartment building. Each unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All units share a common path of egress into and through a 1/2-hour rated exit corridor with 20 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor.
