(DR. DAVID GEE MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING AND ELEVATOR ADDITION) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To convert an existing 8,018 square foot former attorney’s office building (1,072 square foot basement, 2,950 square foot 1st story, 2,800 square foot 2nd story, and 1,196 square foot 3rd story) to a medical office building. An elevator addition will be constructed (95 square feet 1st story and 89 square foot 2nd story) to create a route accessible to the disabled to serve the 2nd story. Work is to include remodeling the 2nd story restrooms so that both will be accessible to the disabled, constructing interior nonbearing walls, installing new millwork, and applying interior finishes. The elevator addition includes concrete footings, concrete foundations, a concrete floor slab, wood stud exterior shear walls, wood floors, a wood roof, a metal roof covering, and exterior siding. A new exterior concrete sidewalk having a slope of 1 unit vertical to 20 units horizontal in the direction of travel will be constructed to provide a route accessible to the disabled to serve the 1st story which is about 3 feet above the existing grade. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
