This project is for the placement of 384s.f. of solarvoltaic panel on the roof of an existing detached structure in the rear yard of an existing single family dwelling. THIS SPECIFIC STRUCTURE PER THE FIRE DIVISION OF PDS IS NOT CLASSED AS A RESIDENTIAL / SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING AND THEREFORE THE SUBMITTED PANEL LAYOUT IS ACCEPTABLE. THIS TYPE OF PROJECT WILL BE ROUTE TO THE FIRE DIVISION ON AN INDEVIDUAL BASIS UNTIL THE CITY OF BOISE HAS DETERMINED A PRESCRIPTIVE APPROVED METHOD OF PERMITTING. Separate electrical permits are required. This ppermit may not be finaled until engineering from an Idaho liscensed engineef's seal is provided for the Ironridge support frame. pep
