(DOMINO’S PIZZA BAKERY STORE – Broadway Park) Permit is to combine a 1,162 square foot restaurant with the adjacent 2,332 square foot retail tenant space to create a 2,873 square foot restaurant space after common area and exterior walls were removed from total. (*NOTE*- Existing one hour horizontal assembly was found to be non-compliant in the field. A new detail and UL assembly were submitted for record. This assembly is a suspended one hour assembly UL L570.) The wall to the south of this tenant space was upgraded to a 2 hour “area separation wall” under previous permits.
