As the project will include complete new truss system the entire interior of the dwelling will be re-configured creating an open kitchen and family room area; master suite, 3-bedrooms 2-bathrooms and new laundry area. R-1C setbacks are ok per Leon Letson. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, energy prescriptive method, Manual J report and the plan review notes. pep
