This project is for the enclosure of an existing covered patio at the rear of an existing 1591s.f. single family dwelling. Due to the value of the project < 50% of dwelling value the flood plain requirements are waived. The enclosure will have new crawl area to allow access and flood plain protection for any new crawl space venting or electrical and insulation. Separate electrical Separate electrical permit is required. N / A ESC due to the scope of work and material removal ok per EJ. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
