(FULL STEAM BISTRO) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area and story increase. To remodel a 1,030 square foot tenant space located in the Southeast corner of the 1st story (19,145 square feet total) of an existing 4 story mixed use residential apartment and commercial building. This is the 1st time this tenant space will be occupied. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, millwork, food preparation equipment, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**

Both exterior entry doors have thumb-turn deadbolt type lock assemblies, deadbolts need to be changed to single action locking hardware. One restroom, located in corridor attached to tenant space (Included in tenant scope of work) has thumb-turn deadbolt type lock assembly, deadbolt needs to be changed to single action locking hardware. No fire extinguisher in tenat space, instructed point of contact that fire extinguisher needs to be installed in tenatnt common area.
