To construct a 10,024 square foot two story apartment and parking garage building (5,032 sq. ft. 1st story with 14 one car garages and one 1.e dwelling unit and 4,992 sq. ft. 2nd story with one 2.h dwelling unit, one 2.f dwelling unit, and three 1.f dwelling units). Two units share an interior stairway, two units share a different interior stairway, and one unit has its own interior stairway. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slabs on grade, wood stud bearing walls, wood stud shear walls, fiberglass shingles, fiber-cement board siding, manufactured stone veneer, 1-hr dwelling unit separations, interior stairways, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is required for soils and for concrete. The roof truss design is a deferred submittal item.
