This project is for the placement of a new inground vinyl lined swimming pool of 648s.f. in the R-1C setbacks approved by Colleen Carroll. The project will also include a new pool equipment structure with code complying shower and watercloset. Hillside drainage plan waived due to the non slope of the parcel. All material will be removed from the front and no water feature is in jeopary, at this time an ESC plan is not reqiuired. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the pool subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling inspections.
