(WHITEWATER CLUBHOUSE REMODEL AND ADDITION) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel and construct additions to an existing clubhouse that serves an existing apartment complex. To construct a 392 square foot 1st story infill addition, two new canopies (473 sq. ft. and 399 sq. ft.), and a new 1,363 square foot 2nd story addition within the existing gym. After the work is completed, this building will have a total floor area of about 11,239 square feet (9,876 square foot 1st story and 1,363 square foot 2nd story). Work is to include sheet steel roof coverings, rough-sawn cedar barn siding, hardboard board and batten siding and trims, two interior stairways, interior nonbearing walls, a double sided gas fireplace in an exterior wall, millwork, and finishes. Structural work includes concrete footings, concrete piers, concrete stem walls, wood beams, wood shear walls, hold downs, steel columns, steel beams, wood floor diaphragm with TJI floor joists, wood bearing walls, and engineered wood scissor trusses. Special Inspection is required for concrete, welding, bolting, and epoxy anchors. The truss design is a deferred submittal item. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
