(DEL TACO) This permit is to construct a new 3,040 square foot restaurant building and related site improvements. The building is not fire sprinklered and utilizes enhanced lighting to comply with the 2012 IECC. Scope of work includes: construction of a poured concrete foundation, construction of a wood and steel framed exterior envelope, [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a dining area, two accessible restrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a walk-in cooler], installation of new windows and accessible doors, new electrical, new mechanical, new class I hood, new plumbing, site work, and interior finishes.
