(MASSAGE THERAPY) Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 921 square foot tenant space to be used for professional massage therapy services within an existing 4,068 square foot building. This building does NOT have a fire sprinkler system. This tenant space has been occupied by a B Occupancy before but no Certificate of Occupancy could be found. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, and similar finish work are not required to have a permit. Double dead bolts will be installed on non-egress doors located between tenant spaces. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Code Notes because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**
