(CENTRY LINK - ONE CAPITAL CENTER - 9TH FLR) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To remodel a 820 square foot area within an existing 17,050 square foot floor. This permit will convert that 820 square foot area from a server room to an office space. Work is to include: interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, interior doors, new lighting, minor mechanical and interior finishes all per the approved drawings and plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**

Ceiling tiles are not in place, leaving the CPVC piping in tenant space exposed. Appears that a horn/strobe was added with no FIR permit. General contractor informed me that the horn/strobe was existing but according to the city approved plans, the existing horns/strobes are indicared on the plan, the horn and strobe in questions looks to be a newly installed device, not shown on the demo plan.
