A code compliant handrail will be provided on each side of the existing North exterior ramp and a code compliant landing, step, 2 risers, and two handrails will be provided at the existing South exterior door. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Code Notes because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life or property.
