New equipment and mill work will be installed. A new partition wall and ceiling grid will also be installed. A new railing system between the existing store and the Starbucks will be installed. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits required for work shown on approved plans. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
