WUI Zone A, Class A Roof, Permit is for the addition to a single family home of 545 sq. ft. for a new master closet in the main floor, expansion of the kitchen area and a new restroom at the basement, work to include replacement of windows, removal of select nonbearing walls, installation of new select bearing and nonbearing walls, new deck extension to comply with the WUI code requirements, all work to be per the attached engineering, approved plans, plan review report and current local codes.
