Work is to include: [construct interior non-bearing non-combustible partitions to expand the sewing / folding rooms and to create an office area (three offices, one conference room and a reception area), installation of a new lighting, installation of new mechanical ducting, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
