(WEAR BOISE, LLC) The fire sprinkler system is used to substitute for the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction of the building. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to a new retail sales tenant within an existing 1,133 square foot tenant space located on the 1st story of an historic 4 story building. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Code Notes because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life or property. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit. It is the responsibility of each tenant to verify that the restroom is not occupied before they lock their security door.
