(VANILLA) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 7022 sq. ft. building originally constructed for TGI Fridays restaurant work to include the construction of a new trash enclosure, removal of some exterior brick veneer and exterior wall to accommodate a new storefront system, relocation of accessible parking, construction of a new curb ramp, relocation of electrical panels, removal of some existing RTUs, extension of the under slab sewer line and the construction of a new tenant demising wall per the approved plans. This permit will separate the building into two separate tenant spaces (3,039 and 3,816 sq. ft.), separate building permits will be required to occupy the Vanilla tenant space. A separate permit (BLD15-02436) has been pulled for the adjacent space 650/ZUPAS. This is a fully fire sprinklered building with an alarm. Any alterations to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
