Work to include: select demolition of existing nonbearing walls, new lighting fixtures, new acoustic ceiling tiles, new mechanical diffusers, replacing sinks in the existing locations and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. NOTE: Accessible restrooms for use by public are located within Travel Centers of America building. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **JG**
