Work is to include a new exterior door and an exterior concrete landing and sidewalk. The door will be located where a window was formerly located. Cooking operations that create grease laden vapors are not allowed. The multi-user restrooms are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled as required by the 2009 IBC. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department.
