This building is separated into three separate buildings with fire walls creating three buildings each under 12,000 square feet. The building is not fire sprinklered and utilizes enhanced lighting to comply with the 2012 IECC. None of the exit signs/emergency lighting/discharge landing illumination located in the west section storage unit corridors could be verified for proper operation, there was tripped circuit breaker on lighting circuit and emergency power source was depleted, all exit lighting/emergency egress needs to be operable at time of final inspection. Discharge landing illumination needs to be tested/verified for proper operation , interior emergency lighting on these fixtures were operable when AC power source was isolated, multiple lights on discharge landings did not illuminate, inoperable discharge landing lights need to be repaired and operating at time of final inspection.
