The building is not fire sprinklered and utilizes enhanced lighting to comply with the 2012 IECC. Exit sign needs to be installed showing egress path of travel at small corridor between the main corridors, middle of building, same area is missing emergency egress light fixture, light needs to be installed. Exit sign in east storage by unit 2108 did not stay illuminated on emergency power, exit sign needs repaired. Discharge landing illumination needs to be tested/verified for proper operation , interior emergency lighting on these fixtures were operable when AC power source was isolated, multiple lights on discharge landings did not illuminate, inoperable discharge landing lights need to be repaired and operating at time of final inspection.
