Work to include: removal of select nonbearing walls, construction of new select nonbearing walls to make the corridor smaller with a door, create a smaller room, create an open room area with new exterior exit door, relocation of lighting fixtures, repairing existing grid ceiling, minor mechanical ductwork in the ceiling, minor plumbing work in the ceiling and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
