(PACIFICAD – BANNER BANK BUILDING – 2ND STORY UNIT 270 ) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise and for story increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 1,607 square foot office tenant space on the 2nd story of a high-rise building by adding 185 sq. ft. from adjacent tenant space to make a total of 1,792 sq. ft. tenant space. Work is to include: removal and installation at select location of Nordwall demountable partitions at the old room #206 removal of 16’ wall, wall at new room #206 close door opening, wall at old room #206 wall 5’, wall at new room #206 new door opening and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
