(CLAIRVOYANT BREWERY) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To convert an existing automobile repair garage to a brewery and tasting room. The building has a total floor area of about 3,309 square feet. A 42 inch high railing will separate the brewery area from the customer seating area. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, one uni-sex restroom not accessible to the disabled, fixed counters, a bar, tables and chairs, walk-in coolers, a gypsum board ceiling and soffit with no occupancy (including storage) allowed above, and finishes. The back bar area will have an ice machine, floor sinks, a 3 compartment sink, a dishwasher, a handsink, etc. The brewery will have a brew kettle, barrels, keg storage, etc. Trenches will be cut through the existing concrete slab to accommodate new underslab plumbing drainage pipes, floor sinks, and floor drains. All equipment is required to be listed and labeled. All equipment is required to be installed and vented to the outside per equipment’s listing. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**

Round type door handle on north exit door needs to be replaced with single action lever type door hardware. Same northside exit door has wood and bracketing across the door securing the door shut, wood and bracket needs to be removed permenantly for emergency egress at all times. Thumb-turn deadbolt on main front entry needs to be changed to a double-key deadbolt and the proper signage installed on main door as specified in fire code review comments. No fire extingusher on site at time of inspection, fire extinguisher will need to be tagged with the correct inspection tag and mounted before final fire inspection.
