This project is to place a new engineered 512 s.f. in ground gunite swimming pool. This pool will have a gas water heating system, chlorine disinfection system, and a sand filter, flushed using an onsite lawn application. Separate electrical permit is required and bonding of all metal parts is required to be approved by the electrical division prior to approval for placement of any concrete by the structural division. Separate mechanical and erosion permits are also required.
