Per structural engineer for the project David Sansotta, no special inspections required for the 1500 psf minimum bearing pressures soil however he requested that the city inspector verify the conditions are acceptable. Footings are excavated and the soil appears to meet or exceed the allowable requirements. Request a conference to confer with inspector. Call Antonio Carone with questions.
