No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit. All equipment shall be listed and labeled per the adopted Electrical Code with approval from the PDS Electrical Inspection Section. This tenant space is required to comply with the code notes referenced in the plan review report. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department.
