(PICTURE PEOPLE)(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE- SPACE 2130) Permit is to remodel an existing 2,451 square foot existing retail space. Some prior demo work done under BLD15-03430. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: removal of interior nonbearing walls, construction of new interior nonbearing walls to create camera rooms #1 and #2, a closet and a partition wall at the electrical room area, new lighting fixtures, new mechanical ductwork, plumbing work, new ceiling grid, new casework, ADA accessible sales counter. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, This facility includes an engineered smoke control system throughout the mall, Any modifications to smoke and/or fire dampers shall be reviewed and approved by the mall engineer, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. NOTE: a separate sign permit for interior mall signage is required before sign installation. **JG**
