(KENSINGTON APARTMENTS – CLUBHOUSE – FOOTING/FOUNDATION ONLY) The clubhouse building will not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct concrete the footings and foundations for a 5,904 square foot clubhouse building to serve the occupants of the Kensington Apartment complex. This permit is for concrete footings and concrete foundations only. A trench type foundation system is approved as an alternate. The concrete floor slab may be placed if an under-slab plumbing permit is applied for and issued and all under-slab plumbing work is first inspected and approved. Work above the foundations will be constructed under permit BLD15-01107. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. Special Inspection is required for soils and concrete. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
