New owner's contractor pulled this new permit to finish what was proposed on the original permit plus add a closet and bathroom in the basement bedroom. No work is being done upstairs. Permit is for the basement interior remodel, to fur out walls and to insulate with R13 the exterior thermal envelope of the conditioned basement space as shown on plans, add interior non-load bearing walls, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes, an electrical permit is required.
