The area labeled on the city approved drawings as Suite 101 (at time of inspection the suites were not numbered) apperars to be occupied or will soon be occupied by a tenant, tenant/building owner needs to apply for a certificate of occupancy and inspections for that permit performed. As far as the inspection for this permit, round type door handles need to be removed and single action door hardware installed, exit signs need to be serviced/repaired.
