(CENTURY WAY WAREHOUSE – BUILDING ADDITION) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct a 1,100 square foot metal building addition to an existing 3,300 square foot metal building. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundation, concrete slab on grade, and an engineered metal building. Special Inspection is required for epoxy anchors and for bolting. A separate permit is required for racks over 8 feet tall. The addition will not be conditioned under this permit. Validation that the thermal envelope complies with the energy code will be required before the space is conditioned in the future. A separate permit is required to construct the restroom. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
