Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select suspended ceiling and soffit, construction of select interior walls/ half wall at new ADA accessible ramp location, new light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Architect of record will need to upload a plan modification in Eplan review for the additional work done. After plan review has been completed, then a zoning final will need to be scheduled and completed. A building final may then be scheduled and any further inspections if required on the exterior work will be determined at that time. I also contacted the general contractor (Jason Eperson) and left him a voice mail detailing the next required steps. I aslo received a letter from the engineer of record approving work done on soffits.

Before 10AM - railings and ceiling inspection - Ed Phone #: ###-####. All issues regarding the handrails have been resolved. Aslo inspected soffitt framing above grid. Noted the framing has not been done in accordance with city approved plans. After speaking with contractor, it was noted that work either needs to be corrected or a letter from the engineer of record accepting the in place work. Main area of concern is new soffit has been supported from the bottom chords of the existing roof trusses. Engineer to justify that the bottom chords can support the additional wieght.
