Phase 2 approved for permit for addition onto existing house and major interior remodel.Scope includes five separate areas where minor square footage addition of living space is added onto existing. Total resulting floor living area will be 5,559 sq. ft. (3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half-bathrooms). Separate erosion, plumbing, electrical and mechanical permits are required. All work is to be done according to approved plans, engineering, Plan Review Report and current local codes. 1/20/16 leg // Phase 1 of this project is for major interior remodel only. Scope of work is to demo interior walls only, reconstruct non-bearing walls and existing bearing walls will either remain or rebuilt in the same places, and fur up of sunken living room. Scope of work will also include removal of portion of concrete slab driveway to prepare for addition therefore erosion permit is required at this time. Separate erosion, electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits are required. A modification to this permit for phase II for all exterior work, additions and retaining walls will be submitted at after planning approval. //leg ******A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
